Placing Your Order

Once you have placed your order and completed the order via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered and the order number assigned to the order, which you will need to keep incase you need to contact us regarding your order.

Orders placed after 12.00pm will be processed the next working day.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when your order status has changed from pending to processing,

Delivery
We will deliver the Gifts ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you created your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.

Note : If you opt for 3 day dispatch on an item that tell you its not available for express delivery, the item will be dispatched on the day stock comes in to us.


All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries due to weather or other factors out of our control.

Delivery option : dispatched within 3 working days ----- delivery about 3 - 5 working days

Delivery option : dispatched within 5 working days ---- delivery about 5 -8 working days

Next Day delivery ( only available on selected gifts ) - orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail special delivery

Delivery times above are for UK mainland only other desdinations may take longer, please allow upto 28 days for international destinations.

If you do not receive your order within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at sales@justengraved.co.uk of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the Products.


We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before replacing an undelivered item.


Order Cancellations
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods we offer a 30 day  right to cancel. However, this does not apply to certain items which we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 30 working days beginning the day after the day on which the item is delivered.

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to sales@justengraved.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you or Where goods have already been dispatched to you, the goods must be returned to us in accordance with the 'Returns' section below this excludes engraved items.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply return them to us at any time within 30 days of receipt, The cost of returning the goods to us shall be borne by you.

Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:

-Any products that we have made, Engraved specifically for you .
- If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item if we cant send a replacement . Please contact us at sales@justengraved.co.uk detailing the problem.

Any errors or faults must be notified to us by email please include a photo showing the error if possible, within 7 days of delivery

Refunds

Please note that refunds that have been agreed will processed and funds returned to your account or card within 30 days from the date the refund was agreed.
