4. Please check your spelling as we will engrave the details as stated on your order. Remember the more text you require will reduce the size of the engraved text.
5 Please check the item(s) on delivery, if item(s) are damaged or faulty, please inform us in writing within 7 working days and we will replace/refund said item(s) please return in it's original and unused condition, together with it's packaging and receipt.
