Question : Where does the engraving go on the item i want
Answer : All engraving is centred on the item unless the decription of the gift tells you otherwise
Question : The gift i want has 3 lines of engraving i only want one which box should i complete
Answer : Enter your details in the line 1 box, we will centre the engraving on the gift
Question : Do you offer a faster delivery service.
Answer: Sorry we dont due to the amount of orders we have to process each day we need to schedule our production but we have now put a selected number of gifts with next day delivery
Question : who can leave reviews on this site.
Answer : Only customers that have placed an order can leave a review because you need to have your email and password to be able to logon and leave a review, this ensures all reviews are correct and from real customers.
Question : what does it mean when an item tells me its not available on express service
Answer : This means we have low stock and or we are awaiting our next delivery from our supplier. If you still select the dispatched in 3 days option your order will be dispatched the day the stock comes in.
Question : What Delivery options are there.
Answer : We have three delivery options,
Option 1. Dispatched within 1-3 working days, 1st Class recorded
Option 2. Dispatched within 1 - 5 working days. 2nd Class recorded
Option 3. Next day delivery ( on selected gifts only ) Royal mail special delivery
Please note orders received after 12pm will be counted as recived the next day, also the delivery options are dispatched not delivered within the 3 or 5 day options.
Question :can i see samples of the fonts engraved.
